My internet drops every afternoon at around 17:00 for about two hours. The Wi-Fi signal is still strong, but there's no internet access until it randomly fixes itself in the night. This is a recurring and annoying issue. I checked internet coverage but there is no change in different time. How can I stop this from happening?

Hi @eerie,
Did you get a chance to check out @MymsMan's response?
I agree the best starting point is if you can let us know which router you have. I'd also recommend to check our Network Status Checker, let us know if there's any known faults or issues being worked on in the area. The regular timing may be down to when we're being granted access to a mast for instance.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @eerie,
I'm just checking in one more time, as we never heard back from you. Was this resolved, or do you still need any help?
Thanks,
Jonathan

What router/hub are you using?
There are known problems with the Y5-210MU external hub that can cause frequent disconnections, disabling the TR069 service seems to be a work around but your symptoms are not really similar.
Can you acess the router logs to see if anything is happening at 17:00 to cause a loss of connection.
