I have a 5G hub on contract till May 2025. I have zero service. Rang technical in Mumbai - spoke to them twice, first time they said they would send me another Sim, 2nd time the techie admitted they have problems suggested I cancel the contract, put me through to customer service, I asked when will service resume, days, weeks, moths, nothing other than 3 apologies!!!? Told to expect jiffy bag to return the 5G hub, they would not charge cancellation fee but would only take the last direct debit due early December and that would be it, strangely they refused to put that in writing. Don’t trust what they said. The new sim turned up before the jiffy bag, tried it but again no change, zero service still and kids can’t do homework, no tv or internet what do ever. Really shoddy and amateur service, wish I didn’t have a phone sim, a tablet with sim as well but Citizens Advice said they were in breach of their service contract hence I will cancel the direct debit and not wait for the jiffy bag and bring my machine back the retail shop on Saturday! I did re it’s customer service making what I feel are false promises as no jiffy or even email co firming what was discussed and promised! I only want a basic 5G BB service but have zero signal and a redundant box and sim. Just waiting for some rest to say you used the second sim so you are accepting that option even though it doesn’t at all. Crazy for a communication company to not communicate and leave their customers totally shafted and dissatisfied / why?????
