Number from in the zyxel nr5103e

Hi I've just changed the three zte router to the zyxel nr5103e. Its now set up in passthrough with my asus rt ax88u doing the biz .

I cant for the life of me find my 3 number to register and use the online app .

I've looked at the guide that three directs to but thats for the zte one that's on its way back .

Does anyone know were or if its shown .

My paperwork has everything else except the new number .

If you go to Broadband -> Cellular SMS,  you can send an SMS from the router to your own mobile.  They'll be a charge of a few pence for this but then you'll see the number.   I couldn't find the number on any documentation Three have sent me nor anyway on the box or router itself.

With the router SIM inserted into my android 12 phone, the number is shown in Settings > About phone.

Update , I have just received a email from three that contains a copy of my customer agreement form, my three sim number is written on there, could of saved myself a phone call this afternoon.

Hi, to get my 5g home broadband phone number, I had to call the three help phone number, when it asks you to input your three phone number, just don’t do anything, it will ask about three times then it passes you to an agent, I had a helpful one and you will need to do the usual security checks, when there passed you will be given your routers phone number.

Same here, nothing on the delivery note or the sim packaging, and it wont let me send any sms from the admin page so live chat rejected me.
i cant get any 5G signal from then router only 4G so think its faulty as my phone achieves a strong 5G signal.
has any one found an easy way to find their number or a replacement sent out?

Also there is a Three website help page that tells you how to get your number from the app, but its out of date for the Zylex router which doesn't have the phone number entry the guide says. It needs updating.

I had exactly the same problem.. couldn't register an account without it. 1st chat agent, useless, 2nd one also no good - despite giving them every reference number on the paperwork they couldn't even find any record of me having a number or the router they sent me. Its like lower level can't see anything. 2nd one even suggested I check my bank and give him the reference number Three had applied on the direct debit they set up, which I did and he still couldn't find me. I kept on until I got to 3rd level support person, who after lots of checks could actually tell me my number.

I'm having the same issue. 2 weeks in and I want to cancel the contract because the signal is atrocious. Can't find the number anywhere, webchat is useless and can't call because it's asking for a number!

Can't see the number is any of the router config pages.

Another way is to send an SMS message from the router to your phone number.

Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular SMS > Add new message

This will incur an SMS message cost on your router contract monthly fee.
