Had the 5G hub for over a year now all been great. Usually get speeds between 500mb - 800mb.
For a week now I am getting 0.1mb on all frequencies. Have spoken to three live chat who have said there is a known issue, as does the network service checker, but was told this was going to be fixed yesterday and still the same. Very very frustrating with 3 kids in the house. Please can someone help me 😞

Welcome to the world of Three Home Broadband. Its mad how it works ain't it. You get really good speeds to swiftly take you through the cooling off period and then suddenly BAM!!! ultra ridiculous speeds.

Hello there.
It's disappointing to hear the issue wasn't fixed as expected. It sounds like something might have delayed the engineers progress. If that's the case, I'd recommend speaking to the team again in order to get an update on the situation. Hopefully the team can see what's going on and provide some more details for you.
Pete.

I have had this for over 2 weeks now and I am in Central London, they said they are fixing it as soon as they can... What does that even mean? I am paying money for basically no internet, I have to use a hotspot just to access this forum.
