Terrible broadband service

I have been using this broadband for a few years, and last year it gave me headaches for a month to get the network issue fixed, and now it happens again with the terrible network. The customer service denies it and just tells you to reset the device and put it on the windowsill! Two or three pounds cheaper than others isn’t worth a headache to pay for this useless service. I will change it this time straightaway.

Hey, Moss. 

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with your connection at times. Often placing it near the window can help improve things, however if there's a problem locally, or with the hub, moving it might not help. 

The team will do their best to help work round the problem, but the reality is that sometimes the internet can go down, and there's nothing to do except wait for it to be resolved. The same applies to all providers.
