My work laptop connects to the three wifi but the wifi doesn't work. I know the signal is fine because wifi works on every other device, and I know my work laptop's fine as my girlfriend has the same broadband and there are no issues.
I think my hub in particular has some setting on that is preventing me from accessing the Internet, but I can't find how to properly access and fix these settings.
Can someone please assist

Welcome to the Three Community.
That's strange. I'm not sure which setting would be preventing the laptop from connecting, but I know that by default the Hub is configured to let all devices that have the right password connect properly, so perhaps doing a factory reset of the device will resolve the issue if it is indeed an issue with settings.
