Three are Scammers. Raise router return and this forum issues to OFCOM

I have returned three parcel over 10 days ago and it still hasnt been picked up.

I am terrified looking at all these posts where theee and dpd will pass the blame on eqch other and charge us for router. I have the reqcking number and will raise this to ofcom if i get charged.
