Unable to add new Broadband to existing account in App/online

The app/online account will not let me add my new broadband account/number to my existing Three account. I can log into my account online and see my mobile account but when I go to 'add number', for broadband, it says I didn't use the number when opening the account? The app will only let me log in using my existing number, I hadn't set up the before getting broadband, as I use the same email for contact with both and it refuses to allow set with the broadband number.

 

Any help appreciated

Hi @Spartathisis,

Did you try the option to link the Broadband line on My3 here:

Look for "More Actions" then "Link another account or number". As @jr0 mentioned, you can also ask customer services to link a number for you.

If you're running into an error message online when following the above, can you share a screenshot (blank out any personal info like phone numbers, name etc), or copy paste the error for me to see?

welcome, if you would like to add an account/line under an existing account I believe you might need to contact Costumer services.
