Unfair Upgrade Fee

How can Three justify a charge of £210early upgrade fee for an existing customer within the last month of existing 24 month contract. When customer services contacted best they could off was a £50 refund. Whilst I accept I did not read the contract carefully enough this is digusting. I am a very disillusioned customer. Furthermore they closed the complaint not ME.
