I had a 4G Home broadband contract which ended on 9th August. Through my own mistake I thought the contract was up on this date but it was only the end of the minimum term. My father took out a 5G broadband contract on 6th August at the same address, using a referral code from my account. I am being charged for the 4g broadband between 9th Augist and 17th September when I contacted Three. I do understand that this was caused by my own oversight but it does seem unfair that Three will receive payment for both 4G and 5G broadband at the same address for the same period when the 4G router was not used.I cannot imagine why two broadband contracts would be required at the same address, especially when one router was not used. I have complained but it does seem that I will be charged for this. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Hello.
Welcome to Three Community.
That's not so great. No one here has access to your account as this is a customer forum. It's unclear what the outcome of your complaint will be, but as you were unhappy and wanted it looked into further, logging the complaint was the right course of action. Hopefully the complaints team will be able to provide a satisfactory resolution to the matter.
Pete.
