Very slow 5g broadband

My 5g broadband is around 20 download speed today what’s going on? I’ve rebooted 3 box and my netgear router (Eero was rubbish) but no difference

Thanks for the tip. The status page has been saying for days now there is an issue in my area they are trying to fix, looks like it will be a long term problem with slow broadband.

That's not so great, it falls below the generally expected speed. My guess is that there's an issue, or some congestion impacting the speed. Hopefully it was just for the 1 day, but if it's still ongoing, you could try checking the network status page to see if there's anything going on locally.
