I’ve cancelled my three home broadband and have been asked to return the 5g box within 30 days and that I would be mailed a bag to return the device in. I have yet to receive any returns bag and it has been over 10 working days.
Is there anyone I can contact to find out when the return bag should arrive?

Your returns bag should have been with you by now. If this hasn't reached you yet, please let our Customer Service Team know and they'll make sure this is sent out to you.
