Hi, please can someone help me?
I have three broadband. I'm not an expert on these things. The WiFi works well on my laptops, TV, but is poor on my mobile phone even though the signal is excellent. I'm sure it was fine when I first used Three Broadband (this year), but now is terrible and costing me money due to data usage.
Please can someone explain what I need to do? I've reseted it including factory settings. Thanks.

I'm not really sure why it would be impacting just the phone. I'd normally look at the phone next but you've confirmed it's working fine on other Wifi networks, so I'm at a loss. It might be worth resetting the network settings on the phone, and include the Wifi settings within that reset. This will ensure there's no configuration issues.

Yes have done this a couple of times, but still have issues. I don't know what to do. I will try the WiFi at my parents house to confirm it's not my phone.
