WiFi buffering constantly.. Causing issues as I WFH 3 days a week.. Also unable to access Netflix etc. Tried looking at help pages but device not shown.. It is 4 years old in December.. Maybe this is the issue. Done the usual reboot and remove Sim etc.. Still no joy. This issue has be going on for approx 6 weeks.. Any suggestions /ideas how to rectify the problem?

I'm sorry to hear you've noticed a deteriorated in the signal over the last few weeks.
Have you checked out our Network Status Checker? Is there any reported issues or work going on in the area when you enter your postcode?
