i cancelled my wifi in september in the cooling off period. they never sent a bag until around last week and i returned it. but they still billed me £21 for it even though i couldn’t physically send it without a return bag. i spoke to support but they just told me to wait for a final bill but i also got sent a text message saying if i don’t pay within 24 hours my services will be suspended. i don’t know what to do as i physically cannot pay this bill.

The community is mainly customers trying to help and a couple of moderators who dip in now and again. You have a couple of options and they are to send a pm to a moderator or contact support.

Give the person a break. They are talking about a router and are asking for help, not sarcasm.
