Hi,
quick couple of questions - i am using three broadband on the month-by-month contract free plan as wanted to test the quality of service and reliability in my area.
1. Am i still able to sign up to the cheaper 2 year plan (which gives me 3 months free too) or is that not possible for me now?
2. If over the duration of the 2 year plan i see a signicant degradation in quality of service is there any guarantee of quality of service under which i can exit the contract early without penalty.

1. Do not know but call customer services.
2. The T's&C's are on the three website but I am sure the answer will be no.
