Has anyone used the service of getting Apple iPhone screen repaired and being reimbursed?
My 16 month old iPhone has hardware issues in the screen but I am out of warranty with Apple so they advised me to go to three. I went into the three store where an advisor told me about this process. I then spoke to an agent over the phone who told me this process doesn’t exist.
I then spoke to someone on live chat last night who at first told me I can’t do this then went on to provide me with a link to upload my documents and get a refund for my screen repair from Apple.
Has anyone used this service and successfully got their money back? It’s a lot of money to spend to potentially not get it back.
