Hi all,
I’m trying in vain to add my new Apple Watch to my 3 account. The error has been reported before: it’s the ‘fields are missing’ error on the sign in page. This error shows even if you don’t enter any info into the sign in fields, so isn’t an issue with special characters in the password.
Can anyone help please? It’s a nightmare getting through to anyone so this is my only other option to get this rectified.

I continue having the same problem. Could you share with the community what you did or who you contacted? I don't see why some Three customers can get their problems solved and others not.

Three are burying their heads in the sand on this one. They have no idea what’s wrong and how to fix the problems. Three have back end systems that are decades old.

I just tried but I still get the same error!! How on earth did it start working for you, did you do anything at all? Did you contact their customer support at all?

It has now managed to complete the activation after waiting many hours, but when I check the status of the mobile connection on the watch it says "no connection".
It seems the three systems are being overwhelmed by the flood of new devices

I’m having the same issue too. Followed all instructions on previous threads, clearing safari data, removing any special characters etc but I’m still getting the same message. Very frustrating!

Mine also worked in the middle of the night but is now stuck "activating", it's been several hours and it still hasn't activated

Mine worked when I tried in the middle of the night. I wonder if it’s some usage overload at three’s end. I suggest to keep trying if you haven’t been successful.
Also agree £7 month is too step. I will be looking at other options at end of contract.

I've been having the same issue all day I just tried it again while charging didn't work, tried again after 5 mins it worked idk if this was a coincidence but try holding the login button and release it'd the only difference I had between the two attempts

i am trying as well to set up a Apple Watch ultra 2 and getting the same error message as everyone else, i have followed the tips here and nothing, does anyone else have anything else that may work?

Also can’t pair my Apple Watch ultra 2. Any response from 3? My context is up next month so I’ll be changing carrier if they don’t fix it. What’s the point in having a watch with cellular if you can’t use it?
