Hi @Bexwentworth,

Did you get a chance to read my reply to your PM? Did the steps there, or the team I linked you to manage to help?

Thanks.
Jonathan

I just bought a new apple watch ultra 2 and am getting the same error when trying to pair as above.  My three account has been running for a few months with no changes and I know I am filling in the correct username and password as it is the same ones I use to log in on the web.  Please help

Hello, Andy.

That's disappointing to hear. There's some common steps listen below by a fellow Community member. If those don't work, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Support Team by calling or chatting so that it can be checked out by them.

Pete.

Hereโ€™s some general steps that should help with common scenarios weโ€™re seeing.

  • Ensure that youโ€™ve registered for My3, without a registered online account and password set, the pairing will fail.
  • There are some instances where special characters at the start of My3 passwords have resulted in an error. We recommend that you have a strong password that is a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters but avoid beginning the password with characters like /!โ€ยฃ$|\. My3 supports these, but it seems to be causing an issue when this info is passed onto the smartwatch pairing system.
  • If youโ€™ve changed your priceplan, upgraded, or are instructed to wait for your bill cycle to complete, you should wait till the day after your new bill cycle starts to attempt pairing. So for example, if your allowances refresh on the 1st, wait till the 2nd.
  • Although individual smartwatches can be unpaired from your account, cancelling or removing the add on completely will delay being able to reinstate the service till the following bill cycle.
  • As mentioned before, donโ€™t repeatedly unpair and re-pair, the failed requests may cause further issues on your account that delay this being solved
  • Clear your cache, go to settings, Safari, "clear history & website data
  • Initially try pairing over mobile data, if this fails you can use Wi-Fi but it's best if the initial request comes from your SIM over the Three network.

Hello. I'm also having the same issue trying to buy a plan for my apple watch ultra paired to my iphone 13 pro max. I've tried what you've listed but i'm still geeting the same error as in the screenshot above. Is there anything else I can try?
