Bad problems with the y5 outdoor hub

We are having a huge issue with our outdoor y5 hub. No wifi for nearly a week now and im starting to feel like its not an urgent issue as just keep getting told we ate working on the problem.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue ???

Hello there. 

There is an issue impacting a small number of Hub users that began about a week ago. A few other users have mentioned the issue here on Community. I don't know where the support team is in terms of a fix, but I hope they're close. Fingers crossed your connection will be back to normal soon.
