Best battery life

Any recommendations for good android  phones for high useage to get the through the whole day?

My old S10e needed to be charged twice throughout the day. I'm trying the A53 and battery life is great but the phone can be a little laggy.

is it possible to replace the battery in your S10? I'm guessing it may have been a bit more reliable when it was newer? a quick battery change can do wonders for an older phone... especially now we know apple was throttling their phones once battery life dropped below a certain level
