Blacklisting a phone

I lost my phone on 17th July 2023and asked three to blacklist the device. They told me three times over the web chat that they had done it yet they never done it. Then I raised the complaint on 06th august 2023 and finally managed to speak with their representative. Again, I was assured that the phone is blacklisted and that they will send me the proof of usage and blacklisted. On 10th august, my insurance provider replied me that the phone is still not black listed. Again, raised the issue with three and same disgusting reply that they will sort out it within 72 hours. It’s 14th august and I can still see my phone as “clean” on numerous website. 
never been in such Terrible situation before. Three is rubbish!
