Hi so basically I have a problem with my three account. I have a account but since the app has updated and I have to re register. When I try to login, somehow the app saying my email address is wrong. Maybe I forgot which email address I use to register before but I need to login into my acc so I can change my plans. My phone number is 07*********

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into issues re-registering. The email address you need to enter is the one that we already have saved. If you're not sure what that is, or think it needs to be updated, contact us and the teams over the phone or chat should be able to sort this out.
