Blacklisting mobile

I have been requesting three to blacklist my device from a month which they never did.They keep on saying it was blacklisted but i can see it on so-many websites as clean, even my insurance company says the same.

could any one please help me to solve this issue?

Hello JhonD,

i have contacted the social media chat team and raised a query to blacklist my device then they told me like it will be resolved in like 48hours after that  i have been contacting them like every 48 hours after that but there is no use and they just closed the query without any response or reply. And it’s been like nearly 2 months, still no use, and i have just requested to blacklist my mobile.

please sort this out ASAP.

I appreciate this is really frustrating. I can assure you there's an investigation into the issue reported where blacklisting requests aren't reflecting on other databases. As soon as this has been resolved you'll be contacted by the team.
