Constant need to reset 4G hub

Disappointed1
Fledgling

Any one have any idea why my nice new 4G hub constantly needs to be reset? When I first got it, it was marvellous for 2 weeks. Now it's rubbish; slow speeds, frequent dropouts, one whole day with no internet.... The thing is in the best place to receive, but I think I will have to cancel this contract.

Hi @Disappointed1,

Sorry to hear that your new router has been letting you down, this does sound really frustrating. The first thing to check would be whether there's any known faults or issues we're working on locally using our Network Status Checker. This may help differentiate whether the problem is with the device itself, or the local signal.

If you have a compatible phone that you can test the router SIM in this may also help get an idea of whether the problem seems to be the device or network, depending on whether you're having similar issues in another device with the same SIM.

It's worth getting in touch too, the team will be able to help check your network connection out in more detail, and explore your options with you.

Thanks,
Jonathan
