If you bought your device directly from Three
can you go into Settings > About Phone > Software Information
and show me what firmware/"Service Provider Software Version" you are running.
I am trying to get WiFi calling working and one of the support team here suggested it might be because of the firmware and since I didn't buy the phone from three it would be why, mine is
"SAOMC_SM- "S908B_OXM_EUX_13_0085EUX" /-/EUX/EUX"
"EUX" meaning European Union
But you might have "EVR", "BTE" or "BTB"
is your wifi calling working and is it one of these three or diffrent?
