I recently ordered an iPhone 15 on the Three website, and I was allowed the phone as I passed the credit check and got sent my tracking reference number and the contract details, however, I downloaded the DPD app so I can track my delivery and when I tried typing in the tracking reference number that Three emailed to me after I made my purchase it keeps telling me that I have the tracking reference number wrong. Can anyone help me with how to fix this as it would be very helpful for me to be able to track my delivery. Thanks.

Probably hasn’t updated on DPD’s systems yet. But as @Anonymous said contact customer services to be sure.

Check with Three on 03333381001 and they can confirm your tracking information.
