I'm sorry to hear your girlfriend is having some trouble buying more data, this is out Community forums, so we've removed the phone number to help keep her info safe. If she's able to access My3 from the Three App, or on https://www.three.co.uk on a browser then she should normally be able to do so there. Or if she's having difficulties logging in or accessing the options, she can also contact us here for more help.
