Hello. You can take out a contract with a device plan, or upgrade an existing plan if it's outside of it's minimum term, by heading over to the website at three.co.uk, and signing into your account. You can also do it through the Three App.
Alternatively, reach out to the team here and the team can help set up a plan with a device plan attached as well.
