You won't need photo ID to upgrade online or via the Three App, but you will need to log in first. You can find more information about upgrading on our support pages here.
If you'd prefer to chat things over with one of our store teams, then you will need to take along valid photo ID so the team can verify your identify.
However you decide to upgrade, one extra thing to keep in mind is that a credit check may be required. You can read more about that on our website.
