It's been 4 weeks since I took this contact out after recently purchasing a new S24 Ultra. I have wasted about 15 hours on the phone to support team and eventually a technician who could understand what I was taking about.

But still no resolution, same error code. I have reset the watch 5/6 time as requested and have been told by Three that everything is fine their end.

Has anyone had a similar experience but with some form of resolution?

Still no resolution on this. 5 weeks in to contract. Three's customer support has been POINTLESS despite numerous calls with 'higher level technicians'
