If you have high iPhone watch what do you need to do so you can use your watch and take calls anywhere without having your phone with you

Can you confirm what kind of Apple iWatch you have? There is normally a model with cellular support (allows you to make and take calls without your phone near-by) and the normal Bluetooth model (which only allows the calls feature if you iPhone is near-by).
