I don't know why my plan is not activated

I can't believe this scam I top-up with £15 and I activated ad-ons with £12 ,10gb but unfortunately my money disappeared ,no Internet and balance 0.00.Shame this is a scam three

Hey @Pula,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble since topping up with your account. 

Does the Add-On appear as active when you log into your account online or on the My3 app?

Are you able to make/receive call and texts at the moment?

If not, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team who will be able to check out the account and ensure the Add-on has been applied.
