welcome to the Three's users community. There are a few Three moderators around here, but I reckon the advice they will give you is to contact Costumer Services (chat or dial 333) as soon as possible.
Have you considered that someone might have been able to impersonate you and use your details and three account to order a phone ( in shop or online) ? Or do you think this was (hopefully just) mistake that can be easily resolved when you contact the costumer services ?

As jr0 mentioned, I'd recommend reaching out to the Customer Support Team as soon as possible so that you can report this. The team will raise an investigation and should hopefully be able to provide an explanation in time.
