I manage a small network of x4 TP-Link WiFi Access Points and switches connected to the internet via a 5G ZTE MC801A router - the system works very well. The Charity it supports uses PC software called SimplyBook and a module within it for invoicing is called SBPay.me . However, the invoicing module won't work over the 5G link but will work across other wired networks. The tech support at SimplyBook think its a firewall issue ?...does anyone know if I need to change any settings or port forwarding etc in the router or could it be the Three Network blocking the traffic ? Thoughts and ideas welcome please.
