Smartwatch pairing

So trying to pair a new galaxy ultra with an android phone, even is fine until trying to set up device plan - I get a message saying error saying '3 doesn't offer any mobile plans for watches'...... I literally have the device plan on my account!!!

That's not great to hear your new watch isn't connecting. Does the plan show as active on your app?
