Sorry to hear this. We've had a few reports of issues with Sky streaming in the past, but no one has mentioned anything like this in a long time now.
Can you let me know a bit more about what you're experiencing please? Is the issue when you try to open a particular sky app, or only when you actually try to start a stream? Are there any error messages?
It sounds like you've got a couple of iPads, are you able to test any other devices with your Three router, how about those iPads on a different Wi-Fi network? Are you successfully using other streaming Apps?
The answers to the above should hopefully narrow down where the problem may be.
