Hi, I moved to Three after taking a risk as the 8t didn't show anywhere as a supported device (8 & 9 do)
just so you know it works a treat, 5G, VOWiFi , and I assume HD is VOLTE? if so, that works too.
hope this helps someone with the same question I had.
Oneplus 8t kb2003 _11_c.20 Oxygen 12.1

Hi Stratoc,
Welcome to the community! Glad to hear you took a chance on Three. 😁
Unfortunately terminology does vary quite a bit in the industry. VOLTE or making voice calls over 4G is known within Three as 4G supervoice.
If you've bought the 8t from a 3rd party though, it won't have Three firmware. This won't tend to make too much of a difference to your experience but may explain why the feature is being labelled as HD calling.

Interesting one, my wife and I both have 8Ts on Three with Android 13. I have Volte/WiFi calling. My wife only has WiFi calling but no Volte.
We both have the same sim only deals with three with the same handsets, any advice?

Hey @Thetinman,
Hmm that is really odd. Are they both supplied unlocked, and both handsets have their software fully up to date? For the one that's not getting VoLTE try resetting your network settings, it's usually labelled as "Reset Network Settings" or "Reset WiFi Mobile & Bluetooth", wording can vary a bit on Androids.
If the phone is using dual SIM, do this with just the Three SIM inserted so that it definitely pulls the settings from Three.
Thanks,
JonathanB

Makes sense. Thanks for the reply. I usually buy phones from the manufacturer.
Just pleased it's working as intended. I was with last supplier for years but their 5g is too expensive and there's none where I live either.
Get full 5 g signal where I live now and happy to be here.
Thanks again.
