Is anyone having same issue?? I keep on getting reminder to pay although i have paid all bills and returned device. Last time i talked via live chat they said they havent received device. I sent them tracking number and even receipt from post office. Customer service said they will raise and after a day i had an email confirming issue has now been closed. But i keep on getting letters and reminder email today saying theu will raise debt collection agency which is really really disappointing and stressful. I have already talked in phone, 2 times on live chat and even emailed proof team as advised by live chat team.
