I recently joined 3 and transferred my number from old network.
everything went smoothly and worked just fine, today I had to switch my phone off and when I switched back on & made a call, the phone number is showing as the number originally on the 3 sim, not my usual number? I’m still receiving messages as usual?
I’ve gone to iPhone settings and the phone number showing is the 3 number (not mine) but no option to change it?

Hi @Kimberley1308,
Was this issue solved, or do you still need any help? Please let us know how it went either way.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hey there.
Welcome to Three Community.
Are you referring to the number that's on the SIM? This used to be updateable on older versions of iOS, I'm not sure if it's currently still an option though. In the past it used to cause issues because the number listed on the SIM didn't match with what the user was putting into there iCloud for iMessage and Facetime, but it's not longer used for this.
As far as I know, there's no way to update the number now, but it shouldn't impact any of your services with Three or with Apple.
Pete.
