Sorry if we're having some sort of misunderstanding here, but it's the same link as included in the post you're replying to: https://www.three.co.uk/support/sim-support/reporting-your-device-lost-or-stolen 

You should see an option to open a chat on that page, then once you've passed security the team should be able to help you further.

Good day.  Thanks for your response.  The link you sent me keeps on telling me that I have reached my daily limit of messages whilst my message hasn’t gone through.  This is really frustrating. Please help me
