Returning 5g hub

Hi I moved last month and cancelled my three 5g home broadband. I was told I would be sent a return label and a box to send the 5G router back. This never arrived and now I received an email saying I will be charged 105 pounds. Can you please advise how I should return this before the deadline.

Please contact Customer Service team to look into this further

I’ve done this multiple times and they keep saying they’re sending me a DPD label via email. it’s been four days and I have gotten nothing. Very frustrated.
