How do I check how much I have left to pay off my device?

How can I check how much I have left to pay off for the phone via the three app on my current plan?

Hey @periwinkle21,

Do you currently have a Device Finance agreement for the device? Do you pay the airtime contract and device repayment separately?

If so, you're not able to view how much is left on the agreement on the My3 app, however, if you reach out to our Customer Service team, we'll be able to provide you with this information.
