I was called at approximately 2.00 pm today by someone who said they were ringing from 3.His number was 0121xxxxxxxxxx,Birmingham. He said that my Sim card will be replaced because Three is having network problems. He said the old Sim will cease in a couple of days and he wanted my email address to confirm it was me.
I didn’t believe him and said you give me my email address, he refused. I said in that case I’ll wait to see if my old Sim is cut off.
I suspect it was a scam. Was it?
