Go to the Three app and increase your spend cap as these texts are obviously chargeable. Alternatively contact customer service who can sort it for you.

I have an idea that you need to reach out to contact center and request/opt in to be allowed to do "premium" sms/calls. Are you @Sang59 on a PAYG(pay as you go) plan?

Yes that’s a very good point. There may be some sort of premium rate bar needing to be removed.
