Hi , does anyone know the timeframe for trade in payment? I was told by email that I would be paid in 3-5 days it has now been 5 days and still no payment. It annoys me because I have to pay my bills on time otherwise there's late payment fees but these companies just do what ever they like.

Sorry to hear this, just to clarify did you receive an email from Ingram to confirm the phone was received on the 20th, and when to expect the payment by, or has there been no email to you from the Trade in team whatsoever?

I’m still waiting for my payment that should have been processed on the 30th Jan, despite it being escalated by 3 I’m still no further getting my trade In payment. Absolutely disgusting from 3 going round in circles chasing my money, Ingram micro can’t send me the phone back and 3 are not paying out.

Yes I have raised this and they told me to wait 5 days? The 5 days have passed and I still have no answer I’m told to ring back in another 4 days time which is unacceptable on your behalf. Still have not been paid out and no answers from esculating the missing trade in money. 3 company should be ashamed what they are doing to their customers keeping hold of money that does not belong to them

Yeah, the 3 to 5 days sounds about right. That's normally the payment processing time, from when the handset has been received by the team, checked, and payment amount confirmed. If you're already passed that point and have also passed 5 working days from that, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Support Team for trade in to let them know you're still waiting for it.

Can you confirm how I will get notified by email or via the three app in orders ? I really think three should look in to services from Ingram and listen to your customers tons of complaints

Hi, the email said 3-5 days it's passed the 3-5 days now . Just sounds like there slow processing. Just wondering if any one else had a realistic time frame from there experience.
