Hello, i need some help here. Upgraded my device iphone 15pro last friday, and found dust under camera lense, contacted 3network web chat, for exchange device. i have been told it will be delivered with 7-8working days. My main question is: why T&C says that 3network offers only Refreshed device for exchange, but via phone and web chat i have been told thay hadset cones brand new for exchange.(i would not be happy if ill get refreshed device) as im on my 14days cooling period,(i wish brand nee exchange) im confused now, thanks.
