So processed an upgrade to the iPhone 14 Max Pro and paid the early fee (or I though I had).
Seems now phone is delayed and the upgrade money got returned to my bank.
I have called CS twice and nobody can tell me when the phone is expected or when I need to pay the early upgrade fee.
So can anyone shine a light on this? Has anyone who pre-ordered an iPhone 14 Max Pro (512 / Purple) been given an actual delivery date? As I was early on, does the November dates currently on the website reflect my order? I was told it would be the release day but that changed late on Thursday night before delivery. Nothing since.....

Had the exact same issue and the worst thing is that the CS colleagues are clueless about it! Three needs to be more transparent. It’s slightly irritating to be given mixed messages, much more than the actual waiting thing for delivery.

Hi @rendez2k,
I'm sorry to hear that your upgrade experience hasn't been straightforward. Under certain circumstances the upgrade fee can be added to the next bill rather than paid immediately, so it won't necessarily stop the upgrade from going ahead.
As far as the delivery dates go, there's always considerably more demand for the new iPhones than Apple are able to ship us stock. I want to make sure you get the most accurate information possible on this, as well as to make sure the other issues with the order are looked into. I'll send you a PM so this can be checked out in more detail.

I can only say from my very recent experience. I upgraded online. “Next day delivery”. Checked my confirmation email and it told me the current delivery date is 26th October. I got in contact with customer services via the online chat. The phones are currently on back order and that’s all I can tell you unfortunately
