Is anyone else having an absolute nightmatre getting proof of usage from Three. I bought a new iphone from Currys and transferred my three line into my new phone. I lost it and need to get proof of usage from Three in order to claim from my insurance provider but apparently because the phone wasnt bought from or with three despite the network in the phone being three they're refusing to provide proof of usage which is mad. I've been round in circles so far and cant sem to get anywhere, they sent me proof of sim card replacement and when i called them to ask about usage they say they've already sent it by email and post. I'm genuinely on the verge of tearing my hair out dealing with this network.
