Hi, my 4g reception has been poor for weeks. Currently 0.5 mbps. I am in CT5 postcode area. Is there an issue with the service?

Check out the Network Status Checker, as this will shed light on any work going on in the area or reported issues 3 are aware of.

Unfortunately that just shows a general notice about 4g connectivity. It has worked perfectly before so I know that isn't an issue. It's something that has been happening in the short term. Has anything changed? Because it certainly has for me.

Did you try tab "network status"? And then type your postcode. Link below for the tab
